Welcome! I’m Heather Holmes, a technology-driven entrepreneur, AI strategist, and automation expert with a passion for leveraging technology to optimize businesses, increase efficiency, and drive exponential growth. As the Founder & CEO of AI 4 Business, I help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) harness the power of AI and automationto streamline operations, boost revenue, and future-proof their businesses.
A Life Dedicated to Business Automation & Innovation
I have always been passionate about using technology to make work more efficient. Early in my career, I played a critical role in two groundbreaking digital transformations:
✅ Foothills Hospital – I was an integral part of the team that transitioned doctors from paper charting to online medical records, revolutionizing how patient information was managed.
✅ Alberta Stock Exchange – I helped move floor traders off the trading floor and into the digital world, integrating them with banks and brokerages, which modernized trading operations and set the stage for future financial automation.
These experiences shaped my deep passion for automation—a driving force behind my career in AI-powered business solutions.
Entrepreneurial Leadership & Digital Transformation
Before launching AI 4 Business, I was the owner and founder of Imagine Virtual Agency a digital marketing company using early methods of AI implementation. www.imagineva.ca
Prior to this, I was the Operations Manager for the Greater Westside Board of Trade, where I played a key role in business automation, member-only website design, and, marketing. I also worked with other non-profits, including the Municipal Pension Retirees Association, helping the organization scale efficiently through digital automation, re-branding, as well as membership website development.
In addition to this, I have founded and led multiple successful businesses, including:
✅ Calgary Concierge (Life Assistants) – A business and lifestyle concierge service where I built and led a team of 35 professionals, which included 24/7 lobby concierge staff for prestigious residential buildings.
✅ Imagine Virtual Agency – A digital marketing and automation agency, helping businesses integrate SEO, website automation, and AI-powered marketing.
✅ West K Wine Accessories – A custom-branded wine accessory import and distribution company.
✅Okanagan Quality Foods – A delivery service selling premium flash-frozen meat and seafood directly to residents of the Okanagan.
I believe automation is the key to unlocking business efficiency and long-term growth. That’s why I created AI 4 Business—to provide hands-on guidance for companies ready to embrace AI and scale intelligently.
Beyond Business: Community & Leadership
I am committed to giving back and empowering others. Currently, Heather helps women entrepreneurs get started on their business dreams. I have also served as the Public Relations Director at the Westbank Royal Canadian Legion Branch 288 and was an executive member of the West K Women of Influence, a women’s leadership circle and volunteer at the Calgary Chamber of Commerce. I have also authored books to equip young adults with essential life skills.
