Do I need to give you my social media passwords?

No. We do not recommend sending passwords through email, text, or chat. The best option is for you to connect your social media accounts directly inside your Private Client Growth Portal. Another option is to connect them together during a screen-share session.


Which social media accounts can be connected?

Depending on your package and platform availability, we can help connect accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and YouTube. Account availability may depend on your permissions, business account type, and each platform’s connection rules.


Who should connect the social media accounts?

Ideally, the person who owns or manages the social media accounts should connect them. For example, the Facebook Page admin, Instagram Business account owner, LinkedIn Page admin, or Google Business Profile manager should complete the connection.


Will you have access to my personal social media accounts?

Only the business pages, profiles, or accounts you authorize for scheduling and posting will be connected. We do not need access to your personal messages, private accounts, or unrelated profiles.


What if a social media account disconnects?

Social platforms may occasionally disconnect accounts for security updates, password changes, permission changes, or platform policy updates. If this happens, we will let you know and help guide you through reconnecting the account.


Content & Proposal Approvals

Do I get to approve posts before they go live?

Yes. If your package includes content creation or posting assistance, we can use an approval process so you can review content before it is published.


How does the content approval process work?

Typically, we prepare the content, captions, graphics, or schedule. You review the content and either approve it or request changes. Once approved, the content can be scheduled or published.


Do I get to approve AI-generated proposals before they are sent?

Yes. We recommend that AI-generated proposals are treated as drafts. Your team can review and approve the scope, pricing, timeline, terms, and deliverables before anything is sent to a prospect.


How much time do I have to approve content?

We recommend reviewing content within 2–3 business days. Delayed approvals may delay your posting schedule, campaign launch, newsletter, funnel deployment, or proposal delivery.


What happens if I do not approve content in time?

If content is not approved before the scheduled posting date, it may be delayed, skipped, or moved to a later date. We are not responsible for missed publishing deadlines caused by delayed approvals or missing client feedback.


Can I request edits?

Yes. Packages include reasonable edits to content we create. Larger rewrites, major strategy changes, new design directions, additional content beyond the package scope, or changes to previously approved work may require an additional fee.


Can I post my own content too?

Yes. Since you have access to your Private Client Growth Portal, you may post your own content if your user permissions allow it. We recommend communicating with us before posting during active campaigns so messaging stays consistent.
