We are growing. And we’re looking for an AI Implementor who understands that technology is only as powerful as the systems it improves.

The Role

As our AI Implementor, you will work directly with clients to implement AI-driven solutions that streamline their workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock new opportunities for growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who prefers precision over theory—and knows that the best systems are the ones that work quietly, efficiently, and without constant attention.

You’ll play a key role in delivering our AI-4BUSINESS™ Method, working closely with our Fractional CAIO and clients in industries ranging from professional services to e-commerce.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct AI readiness assessments with clients
• Implement AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper, Make and Zapier
• Automate lead generation workflows, customer communications, and reporting
• Build AI-enhanced CRM systems and sales funnels
• Train clients and their teams on AI best practices
• Collaborate on 30-60-90 day AI roadmaps
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI solutions for SMEs

What You Bring

• A clear understanding of AI tools and their business applications
• Experience with platforms like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copilot, Zapier, Pictory.ai
• Ability to design and automate workflows
• Comfort working directly with clients and presenting solutions
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple implementations
• Curiosity, initiative, and a focus on clarity and results
• Based in the Okanagan (or willing to work on PST hours)
• Bonus: Experience with AI for marketing, operations, or sales funnels
